Spencer A. Kanis joins 3Lab prestige skin care as president. A veteran beauty and fragrance executive with previous management positions with Intercosmetics and Estée Lauder International, Kanis is responsible for all U.S. operations for the line.

He will also be responsible for guiding the brand through its upcoming expansion, plans for product introductions and growing 3Lab’s retail presence in Asia and Europe. Prior to joining 3Lab, Kanis was president of U.S. retail operations for Luxe Fragrances.
